Payments, Cancelation and Refund Policies

PAYMENTS

  • All payments to be made in full before an order will be accepted.​

  • Only Online Payment is acceptable on the website.

CANCELATIONS

  •  Cancelations will be at discretion of the seller.

  • Each item is made on order, once prepared your order cannot be canceled

CHANGES

  • Changes to the order at the discretion of the seller.

  • Each item is crafted to order, once prepared items cannot be removed from your order cannot be canceled.

  • Additions or clubbing of order can be done before items have been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, no changes can be made.

REFUND

  • Orders cannot be refunded except for seller’s defect.

  • Please contact us for defective products.
    If refund is approved, we will contact you. Refund takes between 3-21 working days to reflect in your account based on the payment instrument.





     

Shipping Policies

SHIPPING TIME

  • All orders will be shipped within 48 working hours.

  • Once shipment is booked, the shipping details will be updated on the order page.

  • Customers will be responsible for giving correct shipping address.
     

DELIVERY TIME

  • The items usually take 2-7 days from pickup date to be delivered.

  • In case of unforeseeable circumstances, there might be delay in delivery by the delivery partners.
